Far Cry TV Series Adds Batman, Knuckles McGinty, And More Big Names
The Far Cry TV series for FX is starting to take shape, as new cast members for the anthology series have been announced. Joining Rob Mac (who is also a co-showrunner alongside Noah Hawley) are Lizzy Caplan and Steve Buscemi, along with several new faces, including Brendan Gleeson, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Hamish Linklater, Jamie Demetriou, and Sam Spruell. According to Variety , all of those actors will appear in the first season of Far Cry, making for a pretty stacked cast. Leigh earned acclaim for her roles in Hateful Eight and Fargo, Spruell was recently seen in Game of Thrones: A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, Demetriou will be a familiar face to anyone who is a fan of Only Murders in the Building, and Linklater's distinctive voice can be heard in Batman: Caped Crusader, where he plays the Dark Knight.
