Hype emanating from the reveal of Metroid Ravenous has translated into an onslaught of memes after a logo generator circulated online. If you're on Reddit or Bluesky, you may have seen the instantly iconic image of Samus Aran aggressively pinning down a mysterious enemy for consumption, but now accompanied by stupid text like "I ASKED FOR NO PICKLES" in the Metroid Ravenous font. The Pixelframe Design website unveiled a tool that lets anyone input any text and style it to look like the grainy and jagged Metroid Ravenous logo, with four options for the image background. Resident Evil director Zach Cregger has revealed he was going through hell while making the movie, which is about a man going through hell. He told The Hollywood Reporter that he had pneumonia for the first half of filming on Resident Evil. For the second half of production, he had Campylobacter jejuni. This causes diarrhea, and man, that sucks for anyone, but especially if you're trying to film a big-budget, highly anticipated film based on a property with legions of fans and great expectations creatively and commercially.
